Body Shop Job

I have a 2002 GMC Truck called to make an appointment the beginning of July and was schedule July 21 and the body shop will have my vehicle for approx. 4 days. After a week and half I called on the status of truck. I was told they were is working on it and it would be done the beginning of the week. At the end of second week, we drove by and seen it hasn't make it into the shop. I called the general manager to retrieve my vehicle back to take it somewhere else. I was a cash paying customer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHICLE HERE IF YOU NEED IT.

My father and I went to purchase a car at this dealership. The dealership did not relay nor consider any of the consequences of the deal they performed. They made money off my =trade, and made money off of the purchase of the their vehicle for My vehicle was used as a trade, but there are issues remaining regarding the sale of the car that they will NOT deal with. As a matter of fact, since the paperwork was signed, they have refused to return calls or handle the legal matters concerning the car purchase. They have been rude to all the parties involved in the car deal in our family. All they cared about was selling the vehicle and making money. They have no consideration for their customers, and their actions have caused legal ramifications and are unwilling to make things right and try to help.
