Small town jewelry store with great prices. Friendly people work here. I have bought many things over the years. Quality at a reasonable price. Love their sale shelf! Check out their estate pieces if you want gold and diamonds at a discounted price. If you can dream it, they can get it for you!

I had a diamond that fell out of my wedding band I went in to see if they could fix it I didn't get a greeting when I walked through the door when the lady was helping me I was asking her questions she had a disgusted look on her face the whole time like I was bothering her as I was leaving I said thank you not one person said thank you have a good day or anything they were very rude!! I will never do business with this company I cannot believe how rude they were!! If I could I would give them no stars

This is a great store. Why go to the mall when you can go to downtown Salem, OH. They have wonderful items such as heirloom dish ware, wedding accessories, jewelry and more. I like that it is easy to go in and have my watch battery replaced. I don't know why people think you have to go to a larger city to get things like these. I think it's better to support your local retailers as it does have a part in keeping quality selections near by and that saves us all money!
