Bought my first ukulele from them September 2020. Lovin’ it!! So went back for some accessories in January. Same great crew, lots of advice, friendly and not pushy. Had lots more instruments in stock that they welcomed me to try. Bought my accessories and use them regularly. They have great inventory and lots of knowledge to help decide on just the right stuff for you. I might browse online but will always go to ABC for purchase to support a really nice local music store.

Great customer service. Personable and very experienced staff, all multi-instrumentalists. I have purchased many guitars from ABC. New guitars are not just taken out of the box and placed on the rack at this store, but they are all meticulously set up very nicely and have great playability. Most recently, I brought in an old guitar that I've had for years and it had developed a buzz. Dan helped me, and went over every inch of the guitar until we isolated the problem. After that, a quick fix and I was out the door. If you've forgotten what great customer service is from someone who knows what they're talking about and cares about making the customer happy, then visit ABC Music. A breath of fresh air in the age of box stores.

Twice in the past week the staff at ABC music has solved problems I had getting a microphone to work first with my amp then with my laptop. All it took was two adapters. The staff spent time listening, going over options, and --best of all -- finding least cost solutions that fixed my problems. Thanks so much!

I am not a musician and came in with cheap guitar with broken string and no idea how to fix or repair. Great service! Also work was completed when they said it would be done. I feel they gave me the same attention as a real musician buying a $1900.00 guitar. That kind of attention and service is rare and I appreciated it. I cannot say the same for the store a couple streets over "Guitar Castle" I felt like I was interupting kid playing a guitar behind the counter. After listening to him play afraid to interupt He then told me he was the wrong person to talk to. Hmmm...behind the counter....playing a guitar...sorry thought you worked there. All I wanted was some strings and someone to show me how to replace them. The next guy that came out said they were much to busy to help and pointed to the rack with 50 different sets of strings on them...What part of I DO NOT KNOW WHAT STRINGS TO BUY did you not understand?
