I will never eat there again. I ordered several meals to go last week and when I got home with all of it I was extremely disappointed. I spent $56 for dried out, chewy "brisket" and "pulled pork". The macaroni and cheese was also dried out and tasteless. The mashed potatoes were gluey and nasty.I'm a southern girl and I love bbq. I have eaten at Adam's Ribs before and it was good. This, however, was horrible!

Worst BBQ

This was one of the worst BBQ I have ever eaten, I spent $50 and got me 2 racks of ribs and 1 Texas toast which was hard as a rock, I'm only writing this review so other people don't make the same mistake of going there to feed ur family!!!!!

This is one of my favorite restaraunts in Salem. The homemade barbecue sauces are to die for, and whether you are trying the ribs, the brisket, the tri-tip or whatever, it is smoked to perfection. If you really have an appetite, try thr Goliath Burger. Wow!

Historic Deepwood Director

We used Adam's Rib for our Annual Fundraising event at Historic Deepwood Estate last summer and it was wonderful! Mike and Katrina were great to work with and we served a choice of BBQ chicken or tri-tip, roasted vegetables and roasted red potatoes. Everything was perfectly spiced and delivered hot and ready to go. The smoked flavor was great and they are defintely the BEST BBQ in town!

I had great expectations..............

A couple aquaintances had touted this place highly. So my bride and I decided to check it out. We didn't think it had anything on Buster's, whick is not much of a compliment. We also thought the help was none too enthusiastic

The water tasted okay I guess

Tried a rack of beef ribs. It was a little over $21.00 and completely a waste of money. They were so salty that it tasted like someone lost the salt shaker. Combined with all of the grease, I could only stomach two ribs. Barbeque sauces tasted like they were spolied. I tried three of the barbeque sauces and decided not to try the other three. First time ever eating barbeque with out any sauce. Fries looked like they were fried in old grease and I couldn't eat them. They looked like they soaked in grease and had a lot of black on them that looked like it picked up in the grease and they were greasy tasting. Beans were okay, but certainly nothing to brag about. Hopefully Chef Ramsey will never visit and give his opinion. Nothing southern about it. I do have to admit that the atmosphere was quite nice and that much I enjoyed.Service was good and everyone was friendly. The place was quaint. Oh yea, the water was okay too.

NO BONES ABOUT IT THIS IS OREGON'S BEST BARBECUE!!!!!!!

TRULY A FAMILY RUN OPERATION. EVERYTHING I'VE TRIED FROM THE HOMEMADE HUSHPUPPIES TO THE POQUITO BEANS IT'S ALL FROM SCRATCH AND IT'S ALL AWESOME!!!!!!! THE RUB USED ON THEIR MEATS IS QUITE UNIQUE AND DEFINITELY WORTH THE TRIP AGAIN AND AGAIN. ALL THE SAUCES SEEM TO BE HOMEMADE, TOO, FROM THE KENTUCKY BOURBON TO THE ORIGINAL TO MY FAVORITE THE HEFEWEIZEN(YUM)! THE SURROUNDINGS BRING YOU INTO A SOUTHERN ATMOSPHERE WITH A REAL DOWN HOME FEELING. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE PORK RIBS OR EVEN THE PORK RIBLETS. THE PULLED PORK SANDWICH IS DELICIOUS AND THE BRISKET SANDWICH MAKES MY MOUTH WATER EVEN NOW. OH YEAH, AND TRY THE SWEET TEA! DON'T JUST GO THERE TAKE THE WHOLE FAMILY AND ANY ONE WHO THINKS THEY KNOW BBQ!
