Provided by YP.comWe are full time RV'ers. We called from MT and scheduled a repair with Al's--slide stuck. Then our a/c went out. So, called and added to the work order. There were issues with the extended warranty company which had to be worked out between EW Co. (IN), the selling dealership (TX) and Al's. Al's team handled it all for us. They were pleasant to work with and cared about us and our concerns. Because they successfully dealt with the EW co., our deductible for both issues was only $100.00. There was $35 shop supplies but that was no biggie!
They completed the slide repair in one afternoon and as soon as they received authorization from EW co, the repairs started on the a/c. They rewired it by using the a/c ductwork, shaved one day off repairs so it was only 1.5 days for the repair.
The only reason this is not a 5-star rating is because we were told our food would be fine in the fridge/freezer and someone unplugged the electricity-we lost all our food.
We highly recommend Al's Trailer Sales (service location).

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I had been looking for a couple months to buy a fifth wheel. The sales department reassured me that they could order the fifth wheel that I wanted by the end of October. We waited and the end of October came and went. We sat down and negotiated the price

Provided by YP.comIf you are looking for a good unit at a good price and great sales staff Al's is the place. However, make sure you have a mechanic or know someone would can work on it and don't take it to them for service. You will wait weeks on end for repair and may not even get it fixed first time. Plan any work for off season because you won't see your rig or hear from service dept timely if ever.

Provided by YP.comThis family owned, straight-dealing company is just what we needed! We had been trying to find the right deal on the right RV for two months, and had repeated bad experiences with a much larger, chain competitor.
What a relief to find a business that values integrity and honesty. Within a week of stopping by to see Tim, we were able to pick up our new travel trailer - something the competition couldn't accomplish in over two months.
We got a more than fair price on a nice trailer, plenty of good information during the walk through, and left feeling great about our purchase.
We haven't had to use their service department yet, but I have high hopes that it will be just as good an experience.
Thank you Al's Trailers for the hassle-free honest buying experience.

Provided by YP.comAdam the parts manager will tell you he has 14 years of experience so you can trust him. He ordered me the wrong parts for my Torklift truss system and when I asked him about it, he said that was the right part so I believed him and left with what he installed for me. After doing some research on Torklift web site and talking to there techs, the truss was 16" too long for my setup. I talked to Adam and he told me he would not take it back since it was used. I reminded him that it was him that told me it was the correct part and that he needed to exchange it for me. I needed a 28" not the 42" he ordered. He refused, stating that it was the correct part since it would work, "it was just an inconvenience for me to have sticking out and not being able to use my camper step." Well I contacted Torklift again and told them what Adam said and they were nice enough to exchange it. Torklift made me a happy customer. Beware when dealing with Adam and Al's Trailer!

Provided by YPmobileThe salespeople at Al's were so friendly and helpful when choosing the right trailer for our family's needs. They weren't pushy like some of the other dealerships that we had visited. We left there feeling like we received a fair deal, and we'll definitely be back when it's time to trade up! We also sent a friend to Al's and they had a similar buying experience. Very satisfied.

Provided by YP.comWe lost our trailer brakes coming out of the Salem KOA over the many speed bumps. We went to AL's and the service Dept. folks were great. Anthony did a little trouble shooting, found where the axle cut the brake wire, fixed it and had us on the road really quickly. An awesome shop with major customer service.
