Best kept secret in Salem

Don't miss this place ot tell too many people about it. The people who own and work here are a very kind and happy people. Karissa always treats everyone as a personal friend and somehow remembers what you liked the last time you were in. LOVE their happy hour on Saturdays

Don't order the specials!!!!!! Warning!!

I have been going to Annettes for many years...and less and less the past few. There is a huge lack of quality in the food that she is now serving at an outrageous price! She is trying to run an upscale restaurant, and its just not working for the backwoods people running it!!I had a (first) date last weekend, and had ordered the special Razor Clams - $15.95 or something. I got 3 huge clams! Not typical for Razor clams at that price, and I do eat a lot of seafood out!! Within an hour of eating them, I was very ill, vomiting - diarhea, you name it! After 4 days, I finally am feeling back to myself! I contacted Annettes...and of Course...NO reply! I have found out from the community that I am not only the victim of bad seafood there...hmmmm....I know the economy is slow...but ANNETTE!!!! YOU ARE GOING TO KILL SOMEONE!!!

very nice.

read some poor reviews on yahoo but check the dates, they are OLD! This place has offers the highest quality versions of some of your favorites. It's a little more expensive than some of the chains but it's well worth it for the quality of the food. Service was fine, a very family friendly feel with out a lot of pomp. Go for the food and enjoy the company.

Consistently Good

Pleasant decor. Friendly wait staff. and best of all, Great Food! As good for breakfast as for dinner, we often frequent this restaurant. The portions are ample so bring your appetite. Salad bar has a nice variety. Just an all-round good place to eat where you can always count on getting a good meal.
