I have an old computer and I wasn't sure what was wrong and if it would be worth it to pay for repair since so many repair places charge by the hour and you never know how long it will take them to fix it. I liked that they came to my place so I didn't have to disconnect everything and haul it down to a shop and worry about having to hook everything back up right. They also had one flat fee so I felt it was worth having them look at it rather than buying a new computer. I was right!

I had a fast approaching deadline for client's project and my computer started acting up. Their tech was at my place in no time at all. He was able to figure out what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. I was able to meet the deadline and got a great referral for my business. They're on the top of my list when I need computer repair again.

The tech was speedy getting here and had the problem figured out in minutes. I wish I could do that myself, but needed their professional expertise. I didn't have to worry about an hourly rate since there was just a low flat rate. Couldn't be more pleased! I'll use them again.

The tech was at my home soon after I called. He diagnosed what was wrong and had me back and running in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this service to all my friends and colleagues.

I was having problems with my PC which would shut down for no reason and then re-boot. The repair tech ws very prompt and knowledgeable. He explained what the possibl problems could be, diagnosed the exact problem and had my computer up and running in a short period of time. I recommend this firm to my familiy and friends, and they have been happy with the service received as well.

They have a coupon for $65 flat rate. I called and he came and took my pc. He brought it back and was so unprofessional about answering my questions. Then after he leaves the thing is all messed up. He did not return my pc the way it was taken. (icon's all missing and such)I DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS AT ALL!!!!!!
