Great service. Super honest company. No gimmicks. No fuss! Fixed my tv in no time way cheaper that he said it would cost. He's old school, no Mary Poppins but real respectable and honest.

I inherited a TV that wasn't working, so I brought it here after being referred by a friend. He found one problem and fixed it, and it worked great for about 3 months. Took it back to him after it started having issues again, and even though the issue was not really related to the first issue, he fixed it under his warranty. Hard to beat service like that! His prices are also tough to beat. If you are expecting a bubbly customer service rep, you are not going to get it. He is the customer service, and like many technicians, his focus is on the repair, not making you feel all warm and fuzzy. He is really nice, though, and if you want a quality repair, this is the place to go!

The guy we dealt with seemed annoyed that we wanted his service. We dropped the TV off on Monday or Tuesday and he said he'd call us Friday or Saturday. Whee we hadn't heard anything, we finally called him the following Wednesday. He did nothing to inspire my confidence. These are the reasons I chose to buy a new TV instead of paying him to repair this one.
