Talked us out of what we wanted. Sold us tires that pick up rocks daily. Extremely hard and time consuming to get them out. No accountability. No concern for customer satisfaction. Has refused any kind of solution. Has refused to even help to get the rocks out - not even once. Says he does not have the staff to help remove the rocks. Says the tires are rated well. Says it will stop picking up rocks when the tread wears down - which is when we will need new tires. Makes our nice car very unpleasant to drive in. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS OF ANY KIND WITH THIS SHOP.

Other tire stores tried to charge almost half again as much as Bellinger's. Bellinger delivered excellent customer service and fast turn around on my vehicle.Will use for all my vehicle services in the future.

I've used lots of car repair places over the years in different places I've lived and Bellinger is my favorite. Bellinger is very reasonable in their prices and is never pushy about repairs. They will let you know everything that needs to be done but you're not going to get pressured into doing something. They are also have great communication. This is not always the case with repair shops. They call you and let you know what the issue is what the options are when it does to dealing with the problem. They also are great with their scheduling to make sure you bring your car at a time when they can get the job done instead of having to leave it there for days. (I've made early morning trips to other repair shops to only have to call them at the end of the day and they haven't even looked at it) I'd recommend Bellinger to any of my friends.

Tom & Lynn are always friendly and stand behind all service and repairs of their business. They do not try to oversell you but always note and advise of future services your vehicles may require. They go the extra mile to keep their customers happy and coming back..

I've taken several vehicles to Bellinger's for services of all kinds. They can e counted on to repair only what needs attention and to charge a fair price.

I've used Bellinger tire for auto service since about 1995 --a Ford pickup, a BMW 535, 3 Jeep Grand Cherokees, and a GMC pickup. The service has always been great, and completed when promised. Need four new tires for my GMC; shopped around; Bellinger is between $200 and $300 less expensive than Les Schwab, Superior Tire, and Costco!

I have been taking my Volvo here for a little under two years and everyone is great. I am always happy with the services they perform and their prices. I recommend this shop to anyone, but especially other Volvo owners not wanting to go all the way to Portland or Corvallis. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and warm. The bathroom is the same way. There are nearby places to eat if you don't want to wait in the waiting room and it's close enough that you can walk over to the capital for sight seeing.
