Our goal is that each property owner receives the maximum return on their investment while minimizing potential liabilities. We believe that hiring a licensed property manager does not cost, it pays. We collect monthly rents in a timely manner and if necessary send out the appropriate paperwork for delinquent tenants. We deliver accurate, detailed monthly financial reports by the 20th of each month. Our maintenance crew provides prompt, excellent service when any maintenance requests come in. Scum Bags

The company is nothing but trash!!!! MOST OF THE GOOD REVIEW ARE EMPLOYEES!!! If you want your privacy invaded, your car towed, shity responses when you put a maintenance request. Rent from them. Just read some of their response is always the tenants fault never theirs. Can't wait for my lease to end!!!! If I could give a no star I would.

THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY. They will not return your deposit, even if the place is spotless. They will take out unit cleaning, blind cleaning and carpet cleaning. BEWARE RENTERS. Bertolucci Management is dishonest.

Great and local company to deal with, all maintenance items were taken care of ASAP, upon moving out I received almost all of my deposit back, the only thing taken out was the carpet cleaning. I would definitely recommend renting from Bertolucci Management.

Great service!

I rented an apartment from Bertolucci for about 8 months and always had great service when interacting with them over the phone or in their office. Maintenance requests were always handled immediately and done right the first time. I would highly recommend renting from Bertolucci Management.

Scam artist

Jason is 100% correct. They fabricate repairs that dont exist and steal ur deposit. I am glad that i went back to having a landlord instead of a management company. RENTERS BEWARE, this company will scam u out of your deposit. Make sure you video record everything before you move in if your stupid enough to rent from them to begin with...

Slum Lords..

If u like being treated like a peace of crap, then this is the place for u! And as well as being a good tenant, allways paying your rent on time, your reward after move out, they keep your deposit , then fabricate a bunch of lies charge u for damage that the other person before u did..This is a lousy no good ROTTEN COMPANY TO RENT FROM! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!
