Love this place and the people are so friendly. I take the entire family and we each have our favorite stylist. The prices are fair and the place is clean.

This place gave me the worst spiral perms I have gotten over the last ten years and they charged a $100 for it. They did not honor their guarantee by blaming virtually no curl on the condition of my hair's elasticity. To make matter worse they tried to fix it by proceeding with a bad haircut. This left me with short straight layers in my hair and no curl. Now I am out the money I saved for the perm and my hair is a mess. Then, three week later I found a salon, not well advertised, that specialized in spiral perms. I was skeptical to try another perm because the other best little hair house faulty hair implications, but I am glad I did. Today’s hair salon gave me the best perm in years only three weeks later. I strong advise anyone not to waste their money and cause unnecessary damage to your hair from having to re-perm over a bad perm and skip this place.

Friendly, clean and bright. The people there seem very friendly and it is a very comfortable place to get my hair cut. The lady that did my hair was fast and did a great gob at the same time.

Up until recently, I always got my face waxed at the Pringle Park Plaza hair design place. They did a good job but they always kept me waiting way past my appointment time and the general environment is pretty uncomfortable for your average everyday person who isn't wealthy. My sister and I recently discovered Best Little Hair House and I knew I liked it the second I walked in. It felt much more relaxed and my sister who is pretty overweight was made to feel very comfortable there too.



The woman who did our faces was very honest and direct which I admire in a person. What did kind of have me giving her the side-eye was that she seemed to have a lot of things to say about her boss and the place in general. They weren't nice. I did take into consideration that she just opened her own hair design place and so I'm sure she was just fishing for her first customers. It still seemed a little petty. I'm not sure if we'll follow her to her new place or not.

I don't have much hair to work with, but they do an great job on my kids and they make us feel so welcome.

I have gone into this establishment twice. The first time went okay, nothing special (not that I needed it to be). Went in a second time and the attitudes of the staff were so unpleasant that it wasn't worth the inexpensive price for the cut. I disliked them so much I would not have let them touch my hair. They had no problems complaining about how busy they were on a day they apparantly weren't supposed to be working.

I have been there many times and I am always pleased with the customer service. The owner is on site quite often and always willing to chat and be friendly. I tell all my friends and family to visit.
