Dr. Christel was born and raised here in Salem. She attended Oregon State University for her first four years of college where she obtained her bachelor’s degree. She then continued her education at Oregon Health & Science University graduating with honors in 2005 with her Doctor of Dental Medicine. Since the completion of her dental degree, Dr. Christel has attended courses and participated in study groups to enhance her ability to provide more complex services like restorations of multiple implants, implants with dentures and more. A member of the American Dental Association, the Oregon Dental Association, and several other professional organizations, Dr. Christel is passionate about staying up-to-date in the field to offer the very best in dental care for patients of all ages. This Salem dentist has been practicing alongside her husband at Cochell Family Dentistry for 12 years and says she is passionate about helping patients enjoy all the benefits of excellent oral health.
