Lied and said they would accept my disabled son. After 2 months of waiting to get into the daycare, the owner kicked my son out on the first day in the middle of the day. The owner is lazy and sits on her butt all day using her phone and hardly plays with the kids. Messy place, took my son there because I was desperate.

Cindy is dedicated and spends 100% of her time and her money to benefit the kids AND her staff. Throughout the summer is the best time to come to Cindy’s kids because she hosts tons of exciting events for the kids such as Mr. Lizard, bouncy castles, and even takes the kids to city events. The staff at Cindy’s daycare are expected to care for the home (including those who live there) as well as the children. This is part of the job description when you are hired. The staff are really good with the children and shown to be engaging the children at all times. Parents will be able to see this as well when they go to pick them up. Home made meals for the kids every single day, for 3 meals a day. My kid is always well fed and never wants to leave during pick up. I love that he has such a positive environment to go to when I’m at work. Cindy will always be my go-to!

My girlfriend worked here and is still waiting on her paycheck. She told me the lady plays on her phone all day and yells a lot at the staff. Focuses more on cleaning the house and serving the boss's family rather than the kids who provide a living for her. I myself am a social worker for Intellectual disability adults and can tell you some of the stuff I have heard about this business would never stand where I work.

My daughter took a job here and had to fight to get her paycheck. Cindy never gave her an actual schedule and come pay day did not have a check for her and did not seem to think this was a big deal. We had to threaten her with the labor board to finally collect on my daughter's earnings.
