My employer decided to switch from Cypress to another health administrator. A couple of weeks before the switch, my daughter had a claim. Because my company was switching, Cypress refused to process the claim, even though they were obligated to.

I'm giving them two stars because, before this, I did not have any trouble dealing with them.
