I've had good experience with this clinic. I haven't experienced any rudeness from the staff and I have been able to get problems' solved.

This clinic is consistently violating patient rights and doing blantaly illegal things. I issued a complaint with my insurance. On my next doctor's visit, "Dr." Chen said he was to uncomfortable to be my doctor anymore. Knowing I have severe anxiety he took advantage of my inability to think clearly to make me sign change of doctor request forms. At no point does he mention that I don't have to change doctors and in fact it is ILLEGAL to make me switch because of a complaint I filed.



I am sure that some of the doctor's and nurses working in this clinic are wonderful people. They should jump ship as soon as possible. It is only a matter of time until this clinic is sued into oblivion. I would start the suit if I wasn't incredibly poor and on medicaid. The Primary Care Doctors in the Salem area are inept, rude, uninformed, and uncaring (with a few exceptions). I know this because my doctors when I lived in Eugene where the complete opposite. Stay away is possible.

Eric Chen jumps to conclusions, instead of listening. Prescribed the wrong medication for my symptoms.



I met with a behavioral specialist, who was caught lying.



I was referred to Ivan Gutierrez as my mental health specialist. It is clear to me that he isn't qualified to handle people with mental illnesses. He didn't ask me anything about my past or present situation.



DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. IT IS GARBAGE.

I go there so sent my 23 year old there who has symptoms of fibromyalgia. Dr Chen ran the basic blood work. When that came back normal I asked for 2 blood test that 1) would show markers for it. 2) the other to rule out lupus. He denied those tests. Wanting to refer my son for behavior therapy. My son works out everyday...drinks lots of water and takes great care of himself so that doesn't make sense. Ive called twice adding to speak with a supervisor to complain. They are good at ignoring a patient. How can you be your own advocate when you cannot get a doctor to help you figure out what's wrong? My sin told me at the appt within the first 5 mins Dr Chen wanted to pass him off to another doc... like he didn't want to work for the patient who is paying his salary.this whole situation is BS and not professional. It's been Two weeks..two phone calls and no response from a supervisor.

There are staff within the clinic that are exceptionally nice. Though, some of the nurses along with the doctors don't seem to genuinely care about the patients needs. It takes for ever to see a doctor and then they just send you away with a prescription without thoroughly examining the problem. I do NOT recommend this clinic to anyone who needs assistance with any health issues.

The nurse staff can be very rude. I was yelled at over the phone after simply confirming my name over something that did not need the attitude. They care little about patients actual needs. I would not recommend anyone to go there themselves or take any of their family members there. If you are looking for quality care look somewhere else.
