I was looking for a reputable contractor to install insulation in my home. I picked Falls Insulation due to their low bid. I set up a 'date' well in advance with Falls Insulation as I wanted my insulation job completed in one day. The day arrived and Falls Insulation stated the night before in a phone message that they would arrive between 8:30am and 9am. The next morning I phoned the company and soon found out Falls Insulation wouldn't be arriving until 10:30-11:00am. At 11:50 I phoned Falls Insulation as I was concerned the crew wasn't showing up. At 12:30 I finally cancelled my appointment.Certainly there are many insulation contractors in the Salem, Oregon area that are willing to be on time and complete work as planned and as discussed with the home owner. Please beware of the low bidder and think twice before trying to PLAN an insullation project using Falls Insulation.Remember you get what you pay for! I wouldn't recommend utilizing Falls Insulation!
