I went during their posted office hours but it was closed, I called the number and the man who answered said he didn't know why the store wasn't open or when it would open so I should just go some place else

A key is a key. I can be made well or it can be remade when it's made poorly. What separates a company like this from another is their level of customer service or the lack of customer service.



I don't know what the problem is with the people working the phones and registers at Fox but their customer service skills are lacking. I hope the owner reads this and takes it into account that when you hire people that don't know how to deliver customer service to the customer, you're clientelle will decline. People that cut you off mid-conversation, that put you on hold without letting you know, and that don't greet you when you enter their store.



I will not return after last week's treatment by the dark-haired lady.

Have used Fox lock over many years. In the last few years, their service has declined to the point where there is no service. I would recommend that you call anyone but them. Their prices are exorbitant and they have a problem with the truth.
