I have eaten at Rice Time (aka Fuji Rice Time) probably 100 times. Lunch is terrific. You can order lunch specials or sushi a la carte, or sit at the bar and watch the expert sushi chef work his magic. This place loves you as much as you love it. They yell a friendly greeting when you come in or go out. It's always busy. They keep adding interesting items to the menu (Oregon Roll, Salem Roll, Keizer Roll) and it's always fresh and delicious. If you don't like sushi, they have excellent bento and teriyaki rice bowls (the best in Salem, in my opinion). It's affordable and always good. I've never heard a bad word about this place, but I've heard many many good words, usually, "Yeah, let's go there!"
