Dr Xu and her staff have turned this "chicken" into a believer. They actually care about the people they see. I have to coment to all you HATERS.

Bobby- You need to pull your head out, the older lady made my boys have such a good time they want to go back! The other lady talked shoes with my daughter and she loves her.

Shiryl- They are not an OHP office they are a private office. They see OHP patients because they care about helping people.

As for the "emergency". HELLO, McFly, if you brushed and flossed your teeth more than once a month and got a check up every year you wouldn't have "emergency" issues. DUH!!

This place rocks, all you haters go suck lemons!

Horrible Service and lack of Knowledge. you might get a tooth pulled for no reason the Dr. wanted to pull My kid's tooth, So we went to another Dr. the tooth was saved! Stay away. from this place! also the older nurse about mid 40's or 50's was Rude!

So I have OHP and my two front teeth cracked.Well I was referred to Healthy smiles. HUM she put a temp. filling in that did not match my tooth. That was number one, she never used numbing agent put filling in, told me it was fine. Well it hurt from day one. I know have a filling that has fallen out and no answer from them. My tooth is super glued and no answer? Shetold me I need topay 2000 dollars for a crown.HumI am on OHP do you think I can afford that? Never go to them.......

my main experience is BULL!!!!! made appt back in aug for the fact my dentist retired...CRAP!!!!

and they made appt set for oct 14th i called approx 2weeks prior and NO!!!!! APPT WAS SET... should listen to my gut feeling... so another appt was made dec 30th 2014 eve called 2weeks ago to varifr my appt even yesterday they called in for my pre-med and i went to my appt ad guess what.... they were totally closed untill Jan 5h 20015 no phone call whats so soever...... they are TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !! AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR EVEN ADVISE ANYONE TO SEE THEM......BULLLLLLLL CRAPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!

Just called to see if I could get a tooth extracted without xrays as it was too painful and was simply told no. Not an emergency place if you have a toothache :(

Amazing experience over all.. Never felt more welcomed coming in to a dental office. Health Smiles Family Dental takes pride and care of there patients.

Very professional office. Dr. Xu and staff are gentle, kind and friendly. Highly recommend!
