After being seated we were left for 15 minutes before I stopped someone and had to ask who are server was. The food came relatively quick yet lacked taste and a decent portion. The stake was rubbery had no seasoning, the lobster was tasteless. The second star was giving for the drink alone.

We have visited McGrath's many times at both Salem locations and the service has been consistantly horrible, despite complaining. Last time we went and had poor service, yet again, we gave up and will no longer dine here.
