I have been a patient at Smile Keepers on Lancaster for three years now, and I have been very, very impressed with the service and care they provide. They do all they can to make appointments in a timely manner, and to remind me of the appointment beforehand. And they also do all they can to keep the costs down. At 71, I am no stranger to the dentist, and it rather surprises me to say that I like visiting this office. Drs. Patel and Hatch are accommodating and obviously smart and practiced dentists. They explain and discuss what the problem might be, and the various options for treatment and care - and the potential costs. The office staff is just superlatively efficient and knowledgeable, and they do a great job of dealing with my provider - no mean feat, considering how persnickety my provider can be. And Heather, my hygienist, is efficient and kind, and a cheerleader in keeping my mouth as healthy as possible - even at my age. This has been a place of one of the best dental experiences in a lifetime, and I consider myself fortunate to have found it.
