Provided by YPmobileWe had an emergency issue with the steps breaking on our 45 ft Class A RV and no available mobile service due to work loads. John was able to evaluate AND fix the issue in less than a half hour. We had been told it would probably require welding, but John found it to be a sheared bolt and replaced it with a steel bolt that wouldn't rust. His pricing was extremely reasonable and we totally appreciated his approach and honesty...the extra touch so lacking these days.
