Bought a 99 suburban from them. 4 days later the entire shifter snapped off. I called and emailed them and didn't hear back for almost a week. By that time I had already paid out of pocket for the repair $385 and would still need to pay another $200. They said they would help me but took another week or two to get back to me. In the end the owner would only offer $100 off my first payment. The sales men there were really nice (only reason I gave 2 stars instead one 1) but I am not happy with how this worked out. I wish they could have done more. I will no longer recommend them to my friends. I wanted to buy another car from them but now I am reconsidering it.
