If I could give this business a negative score, I would. The "skilled" workers have not been properly trained. They complain about being tired, having a lot of aches and pains, and discuss their personal problems. There was a lack of communication, a lack of professionalism, and disrespect was shown to the client. This is really scaled back to everything that happened. If you care about the person you are trying to find help for, don't go through Personal Home Care.

This company is so hands on! Every client matters and is handled as an individual. All of the needs are treated as special and important. I know of no other company that will treat you like you are family and that you matter. I would recommend Personal Home Care to everyone of my friends and family!

I had the opportunity to have Personal Home Care provide care for both my parents. They were no longer able to care for each other safely and did not want to leave their home. I called several places before calling Personal Home Care and was quite certain that none of the companies would be able to provide the care and support my parents would need. Then I called Personal Home Care and knew right away this was the company my parents would need to hire to give me piece of mind and them a great bunch of caregivers who made it possible for them to remain in their home. I am proud to recommend them to anyone who has a need for in home care. They were truly excellence in motion.

I used Personal Home Care for care of my father at the end of his life. They were the nicest people and responded very quickly to our family, which was in crisis at that time. They helped us get organized and develop the plan for Dad to age and live out his life at home. Sharon and Lisa really made our experience the best as they supported us through this difficult time. I have recommended them to family friends and others because I believe in them and thier ability to provide excellent services to anyone who needs home care services.
