I made an appointment to have my havanese bathed. When i pick him up his face area was shaved short. His feet were shaved like a poodles. I am so angry. When i dropped him off i specifically said to cut nails, check hair in ears, glands expressed, shampoo and blow dry. I also said we are brushing him everyday til his hair gets full length so i can braid his bangs in a typical havanese doo. I comainwd but it is not like they can put the hair back. 4 months of daily brushing for nothing. His face looks like a bald faced monkey. The girl working was not my dogs groomer and told me that the other groomer made the statement that she wasnt to cut hair on his face but she just couldnt stand it so she was cutting it anyway. He will never go back to lancaster rd in salem to petco. If i ever even go to petco again. I am glad i was not entering him a dog show. He would be laughed out
