I am writing this review to express how disappointed I am about the service I received from this company and I hope this review will be heard by the owner of this establishment. This review will stay on this page until the issue is resolved.

My car transmission needs to be replaced with a used one. I was told that it would take one day to do it. It took more than one week. They asked for the payment after it was done but would not allow me to test drive the vehicle. I was forced to pay in order to get the key. The moment I took the van out, I realized right away that it was shaking tremendously. They said it was due to misalignment. It took another week for them to fix the alignment. It wasn't fixed. They made me believe that it was the alignment and I had to pay for another company to do another wheel alignment but it was not so. The car still shakes when the accelerator is applied. They promised to fix the issue but it was very frustrating because they kept lying about the dates when the replacement part will arrive. It has been two months already. This car is still not fixed and I am not able to drive my car. The car is unsafe to drive after the service. I am writing this review today 8/6/2018 after the owners Ruben and Jose lied to me again for the 5th time that they would return my call. I have not received one phone call since they got my payment.

If you want your car to stay running.... stay away from this shop. None of them are AE certified and can't do anything right
