Date of incident: October 3, 2018, about 1:00 PM. I signed in to have a pneumonia shot, took the form to the receptionist who was typing on her computer and wearing earphones. I assumed that she was on the phone or doing other work and that she would acknowledge my presence when she was free. She continued to type, and did not look up or let me know in any way that she'd seen me and would be with me asap. After 5 or more minutes she took the form that I'd completed and put the counter. She asked for my insurance cards, but with no smile, no words other than to get my cards and make copies, no information about when the pharmacist might be available to give the injection. After another 5 minutes or more, I asked how long I should expect to wait. She sharply responded that it would be 20 - 30 minutes. She was the rudest person working at a front desk for any business that I have ever met. The other staff in the store were extremely friendly and helpful. I will not go back to the pharmacy and will certainly not recommend it to friends.
