Had a problem with my bike recently, has been an on and off problem for a year. Another dealership, much closer to me dropped the ball on this not once but twice. They had documented this problem before the warranty expired but never fixed it.######Taking the bike to Salem HD got the problem fixed. Not only that, they were able to get Harley Davidson to goodwill warranty the repairs because it had been documented elsewhere before the warranty had expired.######Then, they follow up with calls to me letting me know the progress, and other things they have found like the condition of my rear tire.######Great people, super service, and I will always drive the 25 miles to take it there, rather than the more local place, that just can't match the standards set by Salem HD.######Oh, and when I am ready at some point for that new bike, The people I trust to service it will get the sale as well.######30 years of riding, and dealerships like this are rare and hard to find.
