After looking on my own for 15 minutes, I retreated to the Customer Service desk. I was on a mission. A mission to save Christmas. I located the items desired by my daughter for her Christmas stocking via Shopko.com. I made sure to check this very store online and was happy to see they had 25 in stock. While in the store I had no such immediate luck of locating the items. At the Customer Service desk, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Alissa, who asked Stephen to help me. They looked at my phone which had the website information pulled up for the items. They found the item number to then track down a SKU. With their teamwork we searched the store. Stephen was determined to search high and low for these items. Within minutes he found the items tucked away in a corner next to an isle display! I could not be more thankful for those two associates for being so caring and thorough! Truly made our Christmas by going above and beyond! Thanks again!

Ok, I love their merchandise, but I hate checking out of this place. It's always like the day after Thanksgiving shopping there, you wait in line forever.
