This review is for the 'service and repair' center at Skyline Ford on Commercial. TERRIBLE service. I took my car in for a simple check engine light diagnosis. First, I had to schedule an appointment early in the morning. I took my car in and they said it would be 3 hours. Not wanting to be stranded for 3 hours, I took their shuttle home. At the end of the day they finally called to tell me that they still did not get to my car so it needed to stay there one more day. The next day they called and I tried to tell me all the different things that was wrong (without flat out telling me what the one actually reason was). I came in to pick up my car, asked for some copies of their estimates and the guy said 'sure, one moment' and never came back! $100 for a diagnosis at Skyline when I got the SAME INFO AT AUTO ZONE FOR FREE!
