We have lived in Southbrook for one year now. At first, all seemed well. Sadly, we have now discovered that the on-site management as well as the second tier management are unprofessional and pathetically ineffectual; particularly the on-site manager. We have an issue with our neighbor whose water system is 3 ft. from our cars and constantly deluges them. After a solid year of trying to get the management to do something - we have lost hope. The manager here is simply a rent collector and nothing more. We fee we pay rent for absolutely NO SERVICE.
