Had to find someone to do my wedding hair. Not only was she awesome and did what I want but did a great job on my bridesmaids hair, but was fun to hang out with while getting our hair done. Looking forward to having her cut my hair!

I love studio M!!! I only ever went to one girl before and when she stopped doing hair, i heard many great things about SM! Lindsey does my hair and i love her!

I am a former hair stylist myself so finding the right person to do my hair took quite a while. I couldn't be happier with Alisa. My hair is long and curly so that makes it challenging. I also like to have highlights that lift my spirits and bring me out of the dol-drums. She does an excellent job on the cut, the color, and she's just a great stylist all around. Clearly she stays up on the latest in her profession. I love that she uses new products and always listens to my requests for the changes I want to see.

Mel has been my hair goddess for about 3 years and every time I sit in her chair she works her magic. She makes me feel like it is all about me. All of the hair divas treat you like you are family and make you feel comfortable. They are honest, listening to what you want or questions that you might have. Mel will always be my hair queen, but I would sit in any of those divas chairs and know that I am going to leave w/ some great hair.

I have been a client of Brittney's for years and I am so glade that she is now at studio M! Brittney is a wonderful artist, she really takes the time listen to what you would like and always shares her professional input. When I first started going to her I had worn my hair the same way for years and after my first visit I had a complete transformation. I left that day happier then I had ever been and I have had nothing but compliments since. She is very sweet and easy to talk to and you can tell that she really cares about her clients! Studio M is a beautiful salon and all of the girls are very warm and welcoming! I LOVE my stylist and I LOVE the salon she works at!

Mel made me feel so welcome when I first moved to Salem. I love coming to her new place, Studio M. It is such a pretty little studio and the location is great. She always knows what to do with my hair and she is such a fun spirit. Love getting my haircut at Studio M!

My son & I have been seeing Alissa for years and we love her! No matter how many times we change our styles she goes with the flow & rocks it. I have crazy thick, heavy, straight hair & she always does a great job coloring, cutting, & styling it.



Studio M has a great feel to it. Everyone is so nice & welcoming. The decor is edgy & fun & fabulous. We love the bamboo garden outside Alissa's window. Great great salon!

Mel Has cut and colored my hair for years. I've gone through many different hair cuts and colors and she always makes it perfect. She also cuts my kids hair (they won't let anyone else). The Salon is adorable, inviting and at a great location. She and the other Stylists are always friendly and welcoming. I couldn't imagine having my hair done anywhere else!

This Salon is Amazing! The salon is unlike any other salon in Salem. All of the stylists are very nice and professional. It Is very convenient to get to and plenty of parking. I highly recommend this salon!

I have long, naturally curly hair and have had very bad experiences in the where the stylist couldn't cut my hair without butchering it or cutting against my natural waves. And even worse experiences with bad highlight jobs where the wrong product was used or not the right one for my hair. I've been going to Melanie Bruce for several years and absolutely love what she does!! I have many people compliment my hair and am often asked who does it. I am eager to share my experiences at Salon M! Would not go anywhere else! :)

Owner, Melanie Bruce, is an amazing, talented and beautiful soul with a servant's heart. She continuously puts others above herself, making sure all who sit in her chair are treated with respect. She knows color like no one else I've ever had work on my hair. She has been my wonderful beautician and dear friend for nine years. Don't settle for empty fluff at other salons. Go to Melanie, where you are a person not a purse.

I love Salon M. I have had the pleasure of work from four of the stylists: Alissa, Brianna, Margaret and Mel. Each is excellent, and I have been happy with every treatment I've had -- cuts, styles, perms, straightening, and various fabulous color. Salon M is lovely -- the decor, the light is fabulous, the view of tall and exotic bamboo out the windows. Studio M is a great choice for hair care as well as eyebrow shaping! Nice, clean surroundings, the staff is warm & welcoming, and the results are always wonderful.

Excellent service and talented staff! Great stylists all around but easy to find a favorite to keep your loyalty :-)
