Provided by YP.comI don't know if this is the main office or not where the clerk, Paul works, but Paul is probably enjoying my $300.00 cameo he stole out of the envelope he INSISTED my 73 yr old husband to put the WELL PKAGED AND ADDRESSED jewelry box in. The box held a $300.00 cameo Paul was asking questions about. So, the envelop arrived in FL without the cameo and the envelop had been pried open and resealed. The FL postal service claimed the envelope had been tampered with, not damaged by equipment. My husband went in today and spoke to Doug who blew him off and rather than give my husband the claims papers, made it difficult for him and blowing him off gave him an 800# to call instead. My husband had wanted to put the box in a larger box, but Doug was ugly about that so my husband did as Doug told him. Now the cameo is gone and we are damaged. Buyer left us negative feedback on eBay too. We believe Doug took that cameo and we will file a cliam against him and an insurance claim with the postal service. We have been struggling online to get our new passwords to work on the postal service site so we can file a claim online. Nothing is working well, thanks to Doug and his bad advise. he has cost us on our limited income, time and money - 2 days into this and over $300.00 loss.

Provided by YP.comThese guys have a hair up their butts. The one that helped me, if you could call it that, was everything you'd expect from a smirking, make up his own rules to make it more difficult for you type of postal employee. Next time I am going to a different USPS office even if I have to drive way farther.

Provided by YP.comThe only reason I give this one star is because there is no option for zero.
This has poor parking and the worst customer service of all PO's I've been to in Salem; specifically a lady with a horrible attitude problem;Brenda. She has got to be the rudest person I've ever met! I have given her a chance to redeem herself, but she is the same every time!! With the way the jobs are these days, you'd think people would appreciate what they have, but apparently NOT! She should be one employee that needs to go! Everyone else there is pleasant enough.
Unfortunately I have to use this station for my job, otherwise I would not!
