Although the website states climate controlled, it is not and I lost multiple I replaceable items due to mold. And when discussing with the front desk and manager, they were very rude and denied ever claiming to have climate control. Since then they have removed that statement off their website which is great because it was very misleading and one very important factor for me, why I choose them. I am very understanding with things out of our control, like temperatures, but do not understand when there is a problem and rude customer service.
