The manager picked up the car and had the guys re-clean the carpet. The job was much better. The manager brought the car back. Thanks for trying to make this right.

We brought the car in for detail work because the cooling system left antifreeze on the driver side of the car. The pad was replaced, but it looked like the carpet was never steamed cleaned. The stain is still on the carpet and there wasn't any soap smell from any cleaning agent. This cost $190 for just the driver side of the car. Also, We left the car all day and there wasn't any shuttle service or any discounts such as AAA, senior etc.

I have had five cars detailed by Willamette Auto Detail and have been 100% satisfied every time. Customer for life!

Very unprofessional. They obviously don't have the right equipment, I checked my mileage and gas before, they left my car running all day without telling me, to use the heater in my car to dry it out, they used up my gas. They charged me $190 to do inside detailing, they did not even touch my overhead, they just spot cleaned, cut corners, missed a lot of spots. You would think if they charge top dollar, I would expect a way better job than what they did. Very disappointed. I need to take my car somewhere else now to do the job I already paid them to do.

My 1998 Audi A4 looks brand new after these guys did a fantastic complete detail inside and out. They are the best and their prices are even better!
