I have never before written an online review, but Wiltse is sneaky and takes advantage of customers in unfortunate circumstances. Wiltse is on the Police rotation for towing, probably because they bid low so they can rip off the victims who get their cars towed. I was involved in an accident & police called Wiltse to tow. Police never have me a chance to call my own insurance to tow. I was in pain, covered in blood and glass, and Wiltse was going to tow my car away. I asked where, and they said to their shop. I said, how am I going to get my car from your shop if it can not be driven? They just stood there grinning. So I asked if I would be charged for them to store my car until I could get it to a repair shop on Monday. They said yes, and the price was about $200 per day. I was shocked. So I asked if would cost the same to just tow the car to my house. They said yes. I am extremely upset that they did not simply ASK me where I would like it towed. They were deceptive to try to make me think they HAD to tow to their shop. They do not care about people in pain. They just want to make money off their unfortunate circumstance. They do not deserve even 1 star.
