I had scheduled a taxi to meet me at the train station on December 18th, 2017; after waiting 15 minutes past the scheduled time I called and was told they wold be there in a few minutes, that the driver was experiencing problems finding the train station in Salem, OR. I waited another 10 minutes, called, and was assured he was nearly there, waited another 15 and still no show- canceled this cab and called Affordable who arrived in 3 minutes. I will never use Yellow Cab in Salem,Oregon again- They are not reliable!!!!!!!

I just wanted to tell you how mush I enjoyed my first cab ride in 35 years. The drivers were very personal and the cab itself was large enough for my 6' 1" 350 pound frame. I'm a dialysis patient and anything that makes my day easier is a blessing. I thank God for companies like yours. Thank you

I have never had any problem with Yellow Cab. They try to get me to my appoinment ahead of time. I always know what I will need to pay for a trip. Just wished they had more drivers on during the first week of the month.

I have used Yellow cab on several occasions, and I have finally felt compelled to submit my complaint in the hope that someone will take note of it; although most (definitely not all) of the drivers are polite, the dispatcher during the day, a woman named Erin (Aaron?) is possibly the rudest person I have talked to in my entire life. I can't possibly see how she can continue to be employed with this company considering the abrupt, brusque, snide, condescending, snotty, and downright unprofessional attitude she demonstrates both towards customers and while I overhear her on the radio during my rides. I can only assume she must be related to someone in charge, or they would have had the good sense to fire her some time ago.

I have recently taken Salem Keizer Yellow Cab I have never seen my price go up for waiting for such things in a Yellow cab. Since taking Yellow Cab I have not only saved money but also don't have to worry about how much it is going to cost me if we get stopped by a train or not. The drivers and dispatchers are always kind and very helpful I also get help bringing my groceries in the house and anything else I need they are always happy to help. Also, if I am having a bad day they go to the store for me and pick up what I need and deliver it to me so I don't even have to leave the house! No matter if I go across the street or across town the kindness is always the same. and pleasurable. I will never use another cab company other than Yellow. Thank you Yellow Cab for everything you do and I look forward to many more wonderful years with you.
