Provided by YP.comNever again. Sent my rifle that I saved up for 2 years to buy. I sent it to Dennis who also works at Harrells precision to get some work done. The work was supposed to take 2 months. Nearly 14 months later, I tried to call him, but he doesn't answer. I sent messages and emails and got zero response. Just like others here have mentioned I was given the cold shoulder and ignored. Eventually, I had to have my lawyer call him to get my rifle back. When I got my rifle returned after getting my lawyer involved, nothing had been done to my rifle in the 14 months it was there. This is a clear case where someone who was never meant to have or ever run a business in a million years, ended up not trying to do one but both, and it hasn't worked out.
Dennis is also an apparent perpetual reality ducker, he avoids answering his phone so he doesn't have to hear from customers like me about how angry they are. Some people I've heard from who also dealt with him have gotten livid and threatened to sue. He also tries to control any and all business reviews or customer feedback about his business. He is a supposed sponsor on many sites, and shooting forums, and anytime you try and leave honest feedback about how he's treated you, expect to be banned, or have your thread deleted or removed by the site moderators. He's also disabled the review and feedback portion from his Facebook, because he knows if customers we're actually able to voice how they were treated and how horrible of an experience it was, there would be no more business at all.
Whats so great about yellow pages, is that he can't order around, or pay the site moderators to block or remove negative reviews.
Do yourself a favor, just go somewhere else, save yourself the trouble, and the drama. There are far better smiths out there, who won't treat you like he does, and will actually value your business.

Provided by YP.comDon't do it. This guy thinks he's some sort of special princess, he'll mess things up, and when you call him out, that's if you can get a hold of him, he'll blame is lack of communication and pi$$ poor skills as a businessman on his depression.
He thinks people are dropping off toys or stuffed animals. He forgets that the firearms people bring him, are extremely expensive and very important to the owners. In his little pea brain mind, he thinks he can take possession of something like a firearm, and then just disappear until it's convenient for him. Nope, wrong. Eventually someone will pull his card and he'll either end up in jail or homeless.

Provided by YP.comI cannot describe how bad of a business this is. Dennis Adams, the owner, will gladly take your part, or rifle. But don't expect to get it back. There are countless stories of people taking Dennis to court to sue him, not for money, but just for their things back.
I would not recommend his services in a million years. Not that there really is any actual service. He doesn't answer his phone, return calls, respond to text messages, or even confirm getting mail. You would get the same service and overall results if you were to just bury your firearm for a year in the woods somewhere. Also he is an atrocious businessman, at your expense. He had my sons rifle for 13 months. Should have taken 2 weeks.
