I have had nothing but problems since I moved in. At first there was a leak from the apt above mine. It took two weeks to fix and all they did was wait for it to dry and put plaster over the existing mold. Which is starting to come back through. Then I had a leak behind my wall and the trim was starting to rot out. A work order was put in they came to look at and said they would be back to fix it 3 weeks later nothing has been done and on top of that there were cockroachs reported twice and was told the bug man would be there in a few days, two weeks later nothing has been done about this either. The pool is a is diguesting, there is a dead squirrel floating around in it. So after all this i decieded that it would be best for me to just move out and let them take me to court of my lease. No one should have to live like that especially with the rent amount you pay.

Lived at Northview Apartments for a year, was very pleased during beginning of lease (Sept.), but by Feb. my apartment began to devolp mold on ceiling due to a leak in the apartment above mine. Put several "work orders" in with managment, even called, and spoke with managment in person. At which they assured me they would have it fixed, it never was. For my safety and my childs i would never move back into these apartments. I feel like they had a lack of care for the tenants in the building, being that was our *home*.
