I was shocked when I entered the store. It's like going back in time to when butchers were friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go to the limit for a customer. It's probably one of the few places anywhere where you can place a true custom order. You want it, you got it. The meat is class A, no doubt but the service really makes this place.

Yeah, custom cuts are a little more pricey than at supermarket X, but the quality pays for itself. If you're not using this little store as your sole source for great meat you're missing out. Forget about looking for a flat little T-bone in plastic wrap. Get it cut the way you want it.
