David is the REAL DEAL! Honest, hard working and looking out for your wallet. I will never use anyone else after this experience. Seriously! I will also send him ALL my friends and family who own spas or are buying new spas!!

GREAT JOB!!! VERY FAST AND FAIR!!!!
I made the mistake of calling a plumber to fix my spa tub; he tore it apart left the pieces lay and told me I didn't have the correct part, then charge me for his time.
I called the The Spa Doctors and they came out the same day; put my heater back together and put the replacement part I had order in it. Got it running took the time to explain how it ran, etc and charged me less the rip off plumber!!! Call these guys if you need your spa worked on.....

David and Gary are simply outstanding. I called Spa Doctor because I had a leak somewhere. I hadn't had my Hot Tub working for the last 18 months (my choice) and when I decided to start running it again, I discovered a leak. They came out almost immediately (within 24 hours); found the leak, ordered the part and had it fixed as soon as the part arrived. We then found a second leak that was in a very difficult place. David and Gary didn't hesitate for a second in getting it fixed and "fixed right"!!! These guys are conscientious, honest to a fault, and very professional. I will not hesitate to have them do any necessary future repairs and of course highly recommend them. These are GOOD people and they will treat you right and do the job as professionally as anyone you can find. You don't find repair people like this often....and I hope they continue to do well and stay in this business field.

I don't know how anyone could complain about the owners / workers of this company. They are kind, Christian people who go above and beyond to help customers and try to save us money. I would highly recommend Spa Doctors.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I would like dispute this claim that Joan R has made.So i investigated the complaint and i would like dispute it. We at spa doctors have thousands of customers and they are all very satisfied with our services. The claims this Joan R made on Feb 13, of 2012 are completely false. We have had multiple runnins with this customer and her strange behavior from her cussing our secretary out because she didnt like the price we sold our hottub covers at! To on this service call to giving us attitude the moment we stepped on her property. She has a very old hot tub and we told her upfront she was going to continue to have problems with to try and save her money but she didnt want to hear it She was very rude as soon as we tried to discuss this with her.



All we were trying to do was save her money. She has posted outright lies and is purposely misleading people with this complaint because of her unhappiness.
