The instructor Super Kicks Karate in Salem is John Bryant. I personally think he is a great guy although I may have a biased view since I am John Bryant :-)



When I took classes from my instructor years ago I started as most adults do looking for the fitness and self defense which you will gain from our programs, however what surprised me was the fact that the largest benefits that I look back and see were the life skills that we focus on, such as self confidence, self discipline, goal setting and having a positive attitude.
