This business does not complete jobs in the time promised and will charge more than original quotes. I recommend getting all quotes (with what service will be performed) in writing with promised completion dates. I might have been more understanding with the delays had we been granted a discount, and not extra charges upon pick up.



And in case you want the story. We dropped our car off Weds for a job that we were told would take a few hours. The day before we had called and made an appointment so he would have time to get the part. A few hours after we dropped it off Weds he called, sorry the part didn't come. We'll fix it tomorrow. Thurs PM I call to make sure the car will be ready to pick up after work at 5, I am told yes, everything is good see you at 5. He calls at 330 sorry the wrong part came... and the car is currently taken apart. He assured me it could be fixed Friday, or if we want he will put it back together and we can pick it up (He did agree to not charge me for the extra labor if he put it back together without the new part). We agreed to leave the car there and he said we could pick it up on Friday at lunch. The third time is the charm apparently because it was actually done, though he charged us $50 more than the original quote and $25 more than the updated quote.
