Bainbridge Furniture makes no other warranty, express or implied, for associated damages, labor costs, or shipping and handling charges or any condition occurring after delivery, including, without limitation, the purchaser's misapplication of the product. HOW NOT TO RUN A BUSINESS

1 STAR is TOO MANY - Absolutely DO NOT USE this man. We gave him a chair to upholster mid July, 2016
(and the material we purchased at Mountain Comfort Furnishings in Summit County) . First we were told we would have the chair by September, then October, then Thanksgiving...Christmas...April. Promise after promise were NOT KEPT. We still do not have the chair and it is now June 6th 2017. Furthermore on the phone he told me "You will get your G** D**** chair when I get to it" then he hung up on me. Again, we were referred to Mr Bainbridge by Mountain Comfort Furnishings in Frisco, CO... they are are GREAT business and probably wish they had not referred him to us...

NOW...Almost 1 year since Mr. Bainbridge took our chair. I left a message 2 weeks ago that I would be driving down to get the chair in June. I thought this would give him more time to complete the work her promised almost a year ago. I just talked to Mr. Bainbridge who told me he needed to check with his son about the chair. When I told him I was planning to drive down Friday and pick up the chair as is, he told me he was going to meet with his lawyer and might not be at his business when I go to pick up the chair. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I then told him someone should be there because I would have to call the police for assistance. Bainbridge then told me he knew the sheriff and "good luck since he has relatives related to him". Then he hung up on me again. I have now called the Chaffee County sheriff department and am driving 2 hours to their business location to meet with the sheriff to pick up the chair (regardless of the level of completion). He has been very rude during the entire process and has hung up on me on several occasions.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
