I originally went to Horizon when Dr. Chestnut was the dentist and he was great. When I went back to have a routine filling done by a new dentist, Dr. Potter, my experience could not have been described as anything but a nightmare.

Horizon dental's dentist created a gap in between my molars and cracked my molar while doing the filling. I've had to have the tooth re-filled and shaped to remove the gap he created, and I have had to have a build up and crown put on the tooth that was cracked.

The worst part of this situation is Horizon Dental has just decided to start ignoring my issue to hopefully have me just go away. No accountability at this point. This has cost me hours of my time and about $2000 on top of what my insurance covers, not to mention I haven't been able to chew solid food on the right side of my mouth for 4 months while I'm going to a new dentist to fix the issue.

I highly recommend taking your teeth somewhere other than Horizon Dental. Salida is too small of a community for this kind of terrible business.

I have spent multiple thousands already trying to get out of pain that was the direct result of Dr. Noh's shoddy work. I did not need any work on the 6 fillings she did. Dr. Kim and Noh lied. They said I did not have any buccal fillings on the three teeth they treated on the root surface very aggressively with an overheated drill damaging the nerve and taking unnecessary tooth structure and putting in a half assed restoration. I got my old dental records back and there were already buccal fillings there. I have just had Dr. Noh's faulty buccal fillings replaced because there was already decay under them after only three months. They were perfectly fine before she worked on them. Buccal fillings do NOT need to be deeply drilled. The woman is a drill crazy and has no respect for healthy tooth structure.

She also treated a virgin tooth without my consent. I am livid!

She also redid two fillings that were NOT hurting that would have probably lasted me ten more years because they were done by competent dentists whom use the latest bioavailable techniques and materials. All ruined in seconds by her drilling.

If you get any work done here you will be paying thousands to redo it as they do serious damage with aggressive drilling and taking unnecessary tooth structure.

Get smart. Do research. Minimally invasive dentistry, laser, and ozones are the way of the future.

Dr. NOH is dangerous. She has done me real harm and it will come back to her times ten. May she experience the pain she has given me and others. She is young so it may take some time but eventually this will come back to haunt her and she will remember the pain she caused.
