My Air condition and heating went out simultaneously, my home warranty company calls this joker and requests his “service”. Doug called, left a voicemail with my Wife then showed up at my house unannounced while I was on lunch break that same day.
Obviously I had to reschedule (which he got upset about) cause I couldn’t unexpectedly leave work without notice.

He comes a week later (due to temperatures, I understood that) Fixed my heat, and WE AGREED to fix the Air Conditioning the next day (as the temperature would be adequate to test).

This is where Doug (the owner) fell off my wagon. I took off of work at 1:00PM like he and Discussed. As I sat and lost wages for two hours, THE OWNER: Didn’t Answer my calls Didn’t answer my voicemail Nor did he give a curtesy saying he wasn’t coming. AT 5:00PM the same day, tells me about how long some other job took.

As anyone would, I had a few questions. One of which was about my A/C and when it would be fixed (as that was the ORIGINAL ISSUE I CALLED ABOUT ) This is where Doug proceeds to belittle me about my little knowledge of AC systems and Took the opportunity to cuss at me before HANGING UP ON ME If you enjoy Sh**** customer service, this is the clown for you!
