Dr Morgan was my doctor in Omaha Nebraska in 2005-2006. Dr Morgan misdiagnosed my baby and prescribed medication that caused severe birth defects. She changed my medical records to make it look as tho her mistake wasn’t as severe and lost my ultrasound pictures which showed my viable pregnancy that she tried to abort. Dr Morgan moved to Kansas to continue practicing right before my child’s birth
