Both times they worked us in quickly and did a perfect job...very quickly. They left no mess behind and we very nice! I highly recommend them...They are the only plumbers we will use from now on!! =)

July 16, 2015 two workmen came to my house to unplug a bathroom sink and reset and clean the drain. This sink had a minor crack in the porcelain on the left side where it curved up, but when the workers finished, there was a new crack coming from the drain. I pointed it out and the worker/plumber told me that it wouldn't hurt anything because any leaks from it would drain to the inside of sink and out. I knew they did this new crack, but didn't have enough gumption at the time to "not pay or else". I was out of town over the weekend and when I got back went to my local hardware to see how much a new sink was, before calling the owner. I spoke with my son who is a contractor in Wichita, who said that my plumber is responsible for fixing anything that his men break, but since I already paid for the service that he'd probably blow me off, which he did. This is how the conversation went today when I called: Your men worked on my bathroom sink drain last Thursday unplugging it. I have been reluctant to call you, but it seems that when they were done with the repairs, I now have a new crack in the sink. I realize that it is not a new sink and it had one crack prior that's far to the left of the new crack that comes from the drain. Would you like to come out and look at it?
He then asked for my address and what kind of sink I had. Next he asked why I waited till now to call. I said that I was out of town over the weekend and it was exactly a week today that they were here. I said that I hope you are not insinuating that I did this damage since they were here. I told him that I pointed it out at the time to his guy who was here. He said that he will look at the picture that his worker took at the time, as his men are trained to take pictures. I told him that I did not see them take a picture. He further said that my sink should have been replaced when the first crack showed up and it was weakened by this old crack and not his responsibility. He said that he certainly wasn't going to install a new sink and that we are talking about $60 for a new sink. I offered to pay half because of prior damage. He said that that would only be $30, I said OK to that, better than nothing. Then he refused even to do that, said he was busy and hung up on me. Jan S.
