I've always had great service and great repair work done there. They know what they are doing and do it well. I highly recommend them.

Had mower picked up in spring, after 5-6 week delay in getting cable that lets you start mower it was returned early May. Used 5-6 times this summer and cable broke again this morning (9/22/16). Called them to find after charging $87 for this FIX?!! early summer that the manufacturer guarantees their supplies 60 days, so that is all Roots guarantee their work. For a 68 year old lady on fixed income this sucks!!
