My name is Troy wiegand my fiance is Victoria Diane turner I just wanted to put that my fiance's fine is all payed up she better not have a warrant out for her arrest I know how crooked the court systems can be that's why first time she payed her fine I told her to keep all of her payment receipts I put the lowest rating because they don't know the whole story yet they said that the dogs had no food and water well that's a lie but anyways her fine is all payed up she better not go to jail for unpayed fines otherwise will sue the reason why im putting this is because I know someone that's payed all of his fines then 3 years later it came back on him for unpayed fines so they put a warrant on him for unpayed fines putting someone in jail for nothing is considered to be false imprisonment even if it is a court system they can't break the law just because they think they can
